Is your Florida license suspended for 5 years (HTO) because of civil driving on suspended citations?

We can help you. Many people do not realize that when one pays a civil traffic citation (ticket) for driving on a suspended driver's license, they are found "guilty" of the charge of DWLS. Three guilty convictions for driving on a suspended driver's license in Florida will suspend the person's driver's license for 5 years. This is called a Habiltual Traffic Offender (HTO) suspension.

We can petition the judge to amend a previous civil DWLS . If the judge agrees this will "unsuspend" your driver's license and remove the habitual traffic offender status.
